Terms & Conditions
We at Pooch’s Yard - Doggy Day Care LTD would like all our visitors to be safe and enjoy the use of our facilities. Please observe the following terms and conditions to ensure yours and your dog’s safety:
All dogs must be kept on a lead until safely secured in the facility. Dogs must not be allowed to run free in the parking area or outside of the facility.
We kindly request that you close all doors and gate properly when entering the day care facility and when leaving the day care facility at the end of your booked time slot.
All dogs, owners and guests who enter the day care facility, do so at their own risk and Pooch’s Yard - Doggy Day Care LTD take no responsibility for any of their actions.
Dogs should be supervised by their owner/handler at all times.
All dog owner/handlers, attending the day care facility are completely responsible for their dog(s) at all times.
Children under the age of 16 should have adult supervision at all times. Please do not leave dogs or children unattended in the day care facility, Pooch’s Yard - Doggy Day Care are not responsible for any actions.
All play dates or events held in the day care facility are completely at the organisers and participants own risk.
Please always be aware of the time and be ready to leave the facility at the end of your booked time slot. Please ensure that you allocate time in your slot to check that you haven’t missed any ‘Poo’ or mess left by your dog or yourselves in the facility.
Poo bags and bins for disposal of dog waste are provided for your use.
Please leave the facility tidy and clean.
If you see a breach in our fencing or any issues with our internal/external doors, or your dog/guests causes a breach, in the interest of safety, please report this to us immediately on 07802481614
If applicable, any damage to any of our fencing or equipment will be payable by you.
We also request that you respect neighbouring businesses in close proximity and that you maintain control of your dog at all times. Please keep noise to a sensible level.
Should your dog escape from the facility, any damage caused is completely your responsibility and is payable by you.
Whilst our field is secure, we cannot 100% guarantee that it isn’t possible for a dog to escape as they are under the owner/handler control. The boundary fence is a minimum of 1.8 metres (6ft) in height with most of the fencing being 2 metres (6ft 6”). We will not be held responsible if your dog(s) breach these boundaries. It is your responsibility to gauge your dogs ability of escaping from any of the field boundaries including the fence line and internal/external doors and gates.
Water bowls are left for your dogs use. If bowls require filling and you are unable to do so, please contact us rather than letting your dog go without water! All our taps on site are accessible for drinking water for dogs.
You are required to adhere to your pre booked time slot at all times. If you arrive late, unfortunately, you will still need to leave the facility at your booking end time.
All private hire use is pre-booked only, using our online booking system. Please do not turn up unannounced, you WILL NOT be able to access the building.
Cancellations & ‘no shows’ will be charged the full booking price, No refunds are available.
If we deem it appropriate to cancel your booking, for example due to extreme weather conditions, we will offer an alternative date and time.
We require all dogs to be immunised before using our fields. Please ensure your dog(s) are up-to-date with ‘worm’ treatments before using our facility for the health and safety of other dogs and people.
Please ensure that your dog(s) are checked and treated regularly against flea & ticks.
If your dog has shown signs of Kennel Cough, Sickness or Diarrhoea in the past 72 hours, we request that you do not use our facilities.
We will not be held responsible for any injury or illness contracted by any dog or person who use our fields.
Any equipment at our facility is suitable for dogs ONLY, we hold no responsibility for humans using the equipment, such as climbing, jumping, running etc.
Pooch’s Yard - Doggy Day Care LTD and equipment is used completely at your own risk, we will NOT be held responsible for your negligence. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury that occurs on our premises to yourself or your dog(s).
By booking with us you agree that Pooch’s Yard - Doggy Day Care LTD hold the right to charge for any damages to they facility, including structure, furnishings, toys etc and will promptly invoice any damages at full cost. (Please look after the facility so that other users can enjoy their time to)
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. (please ensure you read them at the time of each booking)
By making a booking you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions and agree to all our our Private hire rules.
